Base pay range
Hills Group have an opportunity available for a Credit Controller to join our team based in Swindon. You will join us working 22.5 hours per week, ideally over a 5 day period, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £15,796.63 per annum alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the role
As our Credit Controller, working alongside a fast paced and friendly credit control team you will be responsible for ensuring timely collections of debts in accordance with the company’s terms of trade and credit policy, answering and receiving phone calls from customers in relation to their account and dealing with any of their queries/disputes as they arise.
Your key responsibilities
* Ensure timely collections of debts in accordance with the Company’s Terms of Trade and Credit Policy
* Posting cash and bank receipts to Sales Ledger, remittance management, and monitoring unallocated amounts.
* Assisting with the reconciliation of the cash sales ledger
* Processing of new credit account applications
* Dealing with customer accounts and queries/disputes as they arise
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a credit control role.
* Microsoft Office proficient.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Comfortable working to deadlines and time sensitive pressures.
* An understanding of accounting principles.
