We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education, and leisure activities.

Qualifications and requirements include:
* One year's senior supporter experience (paid or voluntary) working with people with ASC, LD, or related conditions.
* GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent.
* Minimum QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent degree qualification in a related subject.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Flexibility to work on a rota, including job rotation, unsocial hours, and weekends.
* NISCC registration or application upon appointment.
* A full UK driving license for a manual vehicle for at least one year.
