Duties

* Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and presentation meet our established standards.
* Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in hospitality and culinary practices.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during peak hours.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to optimise profitability.
* Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
