The Role
* Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
* Ensure the smooth running of facilities.
* Liaise with contractors.
* Perform maintenance compliance tasks including: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical systems, Resident emergency systems, Equipment repairs, Interior and exterior finishes.
