About the role
Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for an Operations Performance Consultant to join our Community Broking team in their Taunton office.
As an Operations Performance Consultant, the purpose of your role will be to design, deliver and maintain the Conduct, Training and Competence and Consumer Duty plans, always ensuring the client’s best interests in support of the business strategy.

What you'll be doing
* Promoting and maintaining a culture of compliance; putting clients first, ensuring the use of robust processes to demonstrate consistent delivery of the right client outcomes.
* Implementing and delivering a Training and Competency structure.
* Providing training needs analysis and recommendations to Regional Directors.
* Ensuring consistent adherence to processes and practices through organisation and management of training and competency plan.
* Maintaining own technical competence with an in-depth knowledge of all relevant products, market trends and underwriting guidelines.
What you'll need to have
* Inspire people through motivational coaching and training.
* Ability to lead a team and create a followership in a regulated, compliant and client focussed environment.
* Be confident and capable in communicating, presenting, networking, managing relationships and providing an excellent client experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well verbally and in the written word.
* Driven to be proactive to new challenges and positively shape the desired opportunities and outcomes.
What makes you stand out
* Chartered Insurance Institute or an equivalent industry recognised qualification
* Previous experience within the UK Insurance industry
