We're hiring a Senior Service Desk Analyst / Senior Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic and highly respected team, providing top-tier onsite and remote support for clients in the Finance sector for an IT Consultancy.
* Hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite in Central London
* Exciting client environment – Financial, Legal, and MSP sector exposure
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing incidents, change requests, and service delivery
* Working closely with executives, offering 2nd/3rd line support
* Vulnerability scanning, remediation (Nessus, Defender 365), and patch management
* Project support and client site technical improvements
Key Technologies you'll work with:
* Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, Windows 10/11
* Active Directory, Mimecast, Palo Alto, Telephony, AV systems
Ideal candidate background:
* Previous experience supporting clients in the MSP, Consultancy, Legal, or Financial environments
* Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering first-class service
* Solid technical foundation across Microsoft technologies
