Responsibilities: We provide 2nd and 3rd line support across infrastructure and security platforms. We manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change activities. We administer Windows Server and Active Directory environments. We support Azure AD administration and Single Sign-On integrations. We configure and maintain Microsoft Intune. We monitor Microsoft Defender and respond to security alerts. We perform system maintenance, patching, backups, and health checks. We support Public Key Infrastructure services, including Root, Subordinate, and Issuing Certificate Authorities. We troubleshoot certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and validation issues. We manage certificate lifecycle activities, including renewals, rekeying, and inventory management. We monitor CA services, CRLs, OCSP responders, and associated PKI infrastructure. We assist with maintaining cryptographic inventories and security controls. We ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and best practices. We support audit and compliance activities. We review security events and operational logs. We maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures. We support role-based access controls and secure administration practices.
