Description
This position is primarily responsible for supporting education and knowledge transfer for practices and labs via virtual Scanner trainings and lab-based trainings for customers in the UK & Ireland. It includes internal training for Align and third-party commercial organizations, as well as developing medical education materials. The role involves interaction and communication with all customer-facing functions to clarify inquiries. Focus areas include internal and external education, support, troubleshooting clinical issues, and leveraging existing exocad knowledge to support clinical and lab-based iTero integrations. Additionally, the role involves supporting graphics and presentation materials for sales and clinical education.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide virtual and onsite training of iTero for the entire range of IOS.
2. Utilize high-level exocad experience during training or client interactions.
3. Represent iTero and SCCS at trade fairs, congresses, and events.
4. Support and educate customers, troubleshooting IOS, exocad, and other ancillary products within the Align Digital Platform.
5. Review marketing and sales materials, including presentations, images, and scans related to IOS, iTero, IOC, and OrthoCAD.
6. Investigate and analyze customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting related to Clinical/Software/Hardware issues.
7. Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company's database(s).
8. Ensure timely resolution of customer education needs.
9. Monitor trends in customer requests and issues, researching information and sharing learnings with peers and management.
10. Conduct occasional customer evaluations.
11. Follow up with IOS customers post-training to assess learning and identify further educational needs.
12. Travel up to 30% as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Degree/Diploma as Dental Technician.
* Solid exocad experience.
* Proficiency in English.
* 4-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years in clinical and customer education in medical/dental fields.
* Experience working in an international environment.
* Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
* Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, results-oriented, creative, and hardworking.
* Ability to work independently.
* Dependable with attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn.
* Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
