We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individual, to take on an exciting new opportunity in the role of Relief Support Worker. This is a relief role and therefore would be cover shifts across days/ evenings and/ or weekends and would be as and when required. The individual will be based at Barrack Street Project.
Barrack Street Project provides safe and secure emergency accommodation for 150 individuals. Staff will be required to engage with Language Services where there may be any barriers.

* You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the service, engaging with clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative, sector-leading and uniquely collaborative way of working with our partners. To succeed you will need to have the ability to work independently with a good knowledge of the relevant protocols and safety precautions. You'll be able to maintain passion for working with individuals who have had to flee their own home.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate and/ or hold:
* Qualification or equivalent in a related field or be willing to work towards
* Experience of working with vulnerable clients in this field
* Flexibility in shifts
