Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Montessori Philosophy and knowledge of the EYFS.
We are looking for someone highly motivated, sensitive, flexible, enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated, and passionate. An experienced teacher who will foster a good team spirit and can lead and inspire practitioners and assistants by example. The candidate should be dedicated to educating children aged 2 years and above, with a commitment to continuous learning through further training and experience. A love for outdoors and nature is also desirable.
Hours
Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday, Term time only

Qualifications & Experience
* Full and relevant Montessori qualification such as Montessori Diploma Level 4 or Montessori Early Years Degree
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a Montessori nursery/school
* Excellent written and spoken English, good communication skills
* Clear DBS check
* External candidates must provide two references from previous employers
