Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and manage a small team. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Working Hours
1. 07:30am - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities
2. Supervise and manage a production team of up to 10 staff
3. Allocate daily tasks and assist with production duties when required
4. Ensure production orders are completed in line with KPI targets
5. Set, monitor, and maintain team goals, standards, and performance targets
6. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
7. Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shift
8. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
9. Lead by example on the shop floor and provide ongoing support to the team
Requirements
10. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
11. Previous experience managing teams of up to 10 staff
12. Strong understanding of production processes and KPI-driven environments
13. Ability to complete paperwork and administrative tasks alongside hands-on duties
14. Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
15. Ability to motivate and manage team performance
Health & Safety
16. Must have own safety boots and hi-vis
17. Strong awareness of health and safety standards in a production or manufacturing environment
Desirable Skills (Optional)
18. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse-based production environments
19. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
