Customer Service Representative
Location: Northampton Office (Full-Time, On-Site)
Salary: £27 - 30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (½ hour lunch break)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
o Client Support:
# Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
# Provide accurate quotes and resolve any queries efficiently.
Order Management:
# Monitor and manage backorders, keeping clients informed of progress.
Account Support:
# Assist the Key Account Manager with tasks to ensure outstanding client care.
Communication:
# Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Skills & Experience Required
o Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
o Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
o Competent in using email and live chat platforms; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
o A positive, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
