Corporate Leasing Advisor Location: Burton on Trent Salary: Competitive basic salary Commission / OTE Contract: Full-Time, Permanent The Role Our client is recruiting for an experienced and motivated Corporate Leasing Advisor to join their successful, long-established leasing business that has been trading for over 25 years. Based in Burton on Trent, this is a fast-paced role within a well-regarded operation with a strong market reputation and a loyal customer base. The position is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys working with customers, closing deals, and managing enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle delivery. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and online platforms. Advising customers on personal and business vehicle leasing solutions. Preparing accurate quotations and proposals. Managing customer applications through credit approval and order processing. Liaising with funders, dealerships, and suppliers. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Updating CRM systems with accurate and compliant information. Working towards individual and team sales targets. Candidate Profile: Previous sales experience (vehicle leasing or automotive sales desirable but not essential). Confident, articulate, and customer-focused approach. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries efficiently. Comfortable working to targets and KPIs. Good IT skills with experience using CRM systems.
