Role Purpose
The purpose of the Presentation Duty Manager is to effectively lead the team to ensure performance and quality standards. You will take ultimate responsibility for audits ensuring we always pass; this will be in conjunction with the client at least once a month.
What you will be doing
1. Ensure delivery of cleaning standards in line with service level agreements set out in the contract
2. Conduct final cleaning sweeps on all aircrafts, establishing and rectifying any shortfall in standards
3. Identify if and where processes are not meeting requirements and propose solutions working with the senior management team
4. Ensure adequate resources are in place for all shifts e.g. Overtime, holiday management, recruitment and ID vetting.
5. Establish and maintain good relationships and lines of communication with client airline
6. Conduct monthly meetings with staff and airline
7. Effectively comply with and manage H&S following Menzies guidelines and LLA requirements e.g. Risk Assessments, LOP's
8. Ensure GSE is to standard following guidelines
9. Escalating any absence to HR support and/or contract administrator should triggers be met
10. Ensure employees, under your control sign on and off, appropriately, and correctly in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures.
11. Maintain staff discipline and conformance with Company and regulatory requirements, utilizing the Company disciplinary process where necessary
