Safeguarding Social Worker – £35ph – Hybrid – Good Ofsted
NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted in the East of Yorkshire for a Social Worker to join their Family Safeguarding team. They are looking for someone who is passionate about helping those in need and to become a part of their stable & supportive working environment.
This position offers a range of different hybrid working flexibility, allowing you to completely manage your own diary & maximise your time at home and create a healthy work life balance.
Social Workers in this team have a very manageable caseload, allowing you to maximise your time with your services users, meaning you gain greater satisfaction from your work knowing you’re making a positive impact to the lives of children.
Some responsibilities of this role include ;
1. Engaging with children, carers and families to clearly understand their circumstances, wishes and feelings.
2. Form conclusions to enable direct longer term interventions focused on the best interests of the child.
3. Assisting team management in deciding how to proceed with which cases to proceed & step down.

Requirements:
11. A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
12. A drivers license
13. An up to date DBS check
14. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience working in Children’s Services.
