Are you an Engineer with experience working on Forklift Trucks looking for an opportunity to get off the tools and move into a Technical Service Coordination role that offers stable hours and further opportunities to progress your career in management?
On offer is a Monday - Friday, office-based role that offers training and progression through the service co-ordination and managerial pipeline. You'll be working for a family run business that value work-life balance and value their staff through further progression opportunities.
In this role you will be handling a small team of engineers and dealing with their technical enquiries, sorting and selecting spare parts and manage service contracts. Liaising between customers and engineers, you'll be the first point of contact for any reactive and pre-planned works.
This role would suit an Engineer looking to come off the tools from a Forklift or similar background looking for an office-based position playing a key part in a family run business that offers further progression opportunities in management.
The Role:
* Handling a small team of Service Engineers and their technical queries over the phone
* Organising and selecting spare parts for Forklift Trucks
* Liaising between Engineers and Customers
* Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm
The Person:
* Service or Maintenance Engineer looking to come off the tools
* Knowledge of Forklift Trucks
