Job Overview
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Resettlement Team for a Project Officer (Service Improvement) to assist in the development and monitoring of information systems to support continuous improvement across the multidisciplinary Resettlement Service.
Responsibilities
* Obtain and analyse performance data using internal and external management information systems against the Home Office Indicators of Integration.
* Prepare reports and updates, as required by managers and funders, including details on performance indicators, trends and the outcomes achieved by families and young people supported by the Resettlement Team.
Qualifications
* Educated to HNC level or equivalent (SCQF Level 7) in a relevant discipline along with extended experience in a service improvement environment.
* Experience of analysing and reporting data using spreadsheets and databases and practical experience of management information systems.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Key Information
Salary: NLC9 £34,926 - £40,695
Temporary position until 31st March 2028.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
