Position: As the Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand, effectively running the store to maximise profitability and productivity. You will be an inspiring leader and coach, developing the store team to higher performance and ensuring customers receive the highest standards of service. You will champion clienteling in your store and encourage your team to build meaningful and sustainable relationships with clients. You will identify new business opportunities and implement actions to ensure the store meets sales targets while minimising stock loss, shrinkage and store operating costs.
Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Engagement: Develop Managers to ensure their teams deliver the brand experience to every Client. Support them with coaching, identify development and training needs, and partner with them to tailor individual action plans.
* Identify, recruit and develop talents and work with HR and the Head of Northern Europe to secure succession plans.
* Organise the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibility; translate strategic goals into concrete actions; set and monitor achievable yet challenging targets; and manage performance.
* Motivate the team to drive the business, create a positive work environment, empower the team, and encourage innovative solutions.
* Coach Managers to take responsibility for the development and engagement of their own teams; participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation and development of staff.
* Network with Brand and LVMH colleagues to share best practices; communicate HQ strategic vision, targets, projects and initiatives while upholding the Being LVMH Values & Behaviours.
* Business & Client Development: Lead and develop the store’s business with a comprehensive knowledge of the operation and engaging with relevant stakeholders.
* Champion a customer-centric service mindset and partner with the regional Client Development Manager to identify opportunities and train the team accordingly.
* Maximise potential of all product categories, leveraging support (visual merchandising, clienteling, events, HR) and foster synergies between categories.
* Build a loyal Clientele using clienteling tools and establish a client-centric mindset to achieve retention objectives.
* Represent the Brand in local activities and be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends.
* Operations: Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and followed; monitor store controllable expenses and review monthly P&L with Finance; manage health and safety with Store Support; supervise loss protection and stock control; ensure all team members are trained on point of sale and cash handling.
Profile / Qualifications
* Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury retail sector.
* Existing international client base and experience managing VIP client events.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; outstanding customer service orientation and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
* Passion for LVMH Fashion and our collections; strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and RTW product division.
* Keen interest in culture and art; fluency in a second language (preferred); Master’s degree desirable.
