Property Counsel / Property Lawyer Birmingham (Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) To £60,000, excellent pension & benefits package Executive agency seeks a Property Counsel for high profile ongoing project. The agency is leading on a programme of national significance and requires a Property Lawyer to advise on a wide range of commercial deals. As Property Counsel, you will provide strategic and transactional real estate advice to senior internal stakeholders across a diverse property portfolio. The role involves a broad mix of commercial property work, including: Acquisition and disposal of high value commercial, residential and agricultural properties Granting and taking leasehold interests Managing landlord and tenant (L&T) matters, including renewals, variations and terminations You will be based in the central Birmingham office three days per week, with the option for home working for the remainder. The role offers an excellent pension and a 20% benefits package.
