Has obtained a Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA) 3.) At least five (5) years of experience as a Medical Assistant Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. Must possess strong problem solving abilities and analytical skills to ensure patient’s needs are met. Must possess basic computer skills.
