GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Education (PE) Teacher to work in supportive secondary schools across Sheffield (S2, S3), with immediate start opportunities available. As a PE Teacher, you will deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, encouraging participation, resilience, and sportsmanship while supporting students’ physical and mental wellbeing. Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across Key Stages in line with the curriculum. • Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and positive behaviour through sport and activity. • Deliver a range of activities and sports suited to different abilities and interests. • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. • Maintain a safe learning environment, following health and safety guidelines. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support extracurricular sports activities and events. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education. • Experience teaching PE in secondary schools is desirable. • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. • Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities. • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
