Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD.
2. Create and maintain inclusive, engaging classroom environments.
3. Adapt learning activities and approaches to meet individual student needs.
4. Offer consistent, caring support to help students achieve personal and academic growth.
5. Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to ensure each student receives the support they need.
Essential Skills & Experience:
6. Previous experience working with SEN students in a school, college, or youth work setting.
7. A calm, patient, and positive approach to supporting young people.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.
