ABOUT THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity for a role where no two days are the same. HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours and including weekend shifts RESPONSIBILITIES To be a consistently friendly and professional point of contact to all guests, following protocols with contact over the phone, via email and face to face. To anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond in assisting with requests. Being proactive in your approach to your work at all times. To build an in-depth knowledge in operating a range of systems including our PMS (Opera), & other systems used within the business including, but not limited to, ResDiary, MindBody and Microsoft Office. To work closely with other departments to ensure service & our guest experience is seamless across the business. Ensure payments are processed accurately and with confidence and discretion. To have a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere. To enjoy a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible to a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to, administrative and operational duties. To ensure all front office working areas are kept clean and tidy throughout shift, including company vehicles. To be punctual and immaculately groomed for every shift. To be flexible in your approach to work, assisting other areas of the business as needed. To be an ambassador and knowledgeable about the Bamford Collection.
