Job Description
The Digital Learning Designer, Developer - Remote responsibilities will include:
3. Design storyboards and learning concepts with SMEs.
4. Develop interactive learning content using modern authoring tools.
5. Produce and edit multimedia assets (video, graphics, interactivity).
6. Contribute creative ideas while working within regulated environments.
7. Work collaboratively with project managers and designers to deliver learning assets end‑to‑end.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Digital Learning Designer, Developer - Remote should have:
8. Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing digital learning materials.
9. Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software such as Articulate Rise / Storyline / 360 and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
10. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
11. Experience working within or designing for the life science industry.
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
13. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs.
14. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

16. Remote role - option to go to the office in Reading if wanted
