Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the successful launch of a new Haematology product across North Wales and North England.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in secondary care, including haematologists, specialist nurses, and hospital pharmacists.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).
* Deliver compelling clinical and commercial value propositions to drive product uptake.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.
* Monitor and report on market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in secondary care pharmaceutical sales, ideally within Haematology or related therapeutic areas.
