This multi-award-winning scale-up offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insights Operator who is passionate about data and innovation. The role involves transforming data into actionable insights.
What will my accountabilities be?
* Lead Data Innovation & Insight Strategy, and develop frameworks for insight innovation.
* Act as a bridge between Insights and Data teams, translating between analysts and developers.
* Manage senior relationships with FMCG brands to ensure client impact.
* Build capability and scalability in how insights are developed, tested, and shared.
Ideal candidate will have:
️Experience in data-driven roles within FMCG or Market Research.
️Mastery of data analysis, survey methodology, and storytelling.
️Technical proficiency with statistical tools (SPSS, R, Python, or similar).
️Ambitious mindset, willing to challenge the status quo. Creative and innovative thinking essential.
️Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience collaborating with clients at local, regional, and global levels.
