Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Logistics department as a Graduate within the Planning & Procurement team.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the planning team activities to ensure finished goods availability & a high level of service
* Preparing & maintaining planning & procurement & inventory data & departmental KPI’s
* Assisting with reporting, KPI tracking & data analysis to help support with decision making
* Supporting SAP master data maintenance to ensure accuracy within the planning systems
* Supporting with identifying process improvements & automation
* Cross functional project support – SAP4 activities
* Scheduling raw materials to support production & spares
* Developing system knowledge over time with exposure to the ERP system & associated planning tools
Qualifications
* Right To Work: valid Right To Work in the UK for the duration of the contract term.
* A strong interest in supply chain, planning or procurement.
* Good analytical skills & confidence working with large data sets.
* Strong attention to detail & a structured approach to tasks.
* Good communication skills & the ability to work collaboratively.
* A proactive can-do attitude & willingness to learn.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Excel (not essential but a willingness to develop this skill).
* Willingness to accommodate hybrid working, where a blend of working from home and in the office is required; therefore initiative and motivation are essential.

* Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
