Customer Service Advisor - Asda Travel Money, Leigh - Part Time
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time
Salary: £13 per hour + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: This role is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work various shifts between Monday and Sunday. You will receive a monthly or weekly rota depending on your team.

As part of the ASDA Travel Money Team, you'll support customers with their travel money needs, offering great rates and a seamless omnichannel experience, whether in-store or online.
What will you be doing?
* Nurturing customer relationships to understand their travel and currency needs and tailoring their experience accordingly.
* Becoming a travel money ambassador, providing support on Travelex products and services.
* Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Meeting procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
* Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
* Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
What do I need to have?
* Numerical proficiency—comfortable handling cash and currency conversions.
* Excellent communication skills—able to build relationships and listen effectively.
* Drive to succeed—motivated to make a positive impact and enjoy your work.
What does the interview process look like?
1. Initial application review and screening call by Talent Acquisition or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, including a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau to meet the Bureau Manager and see the working environment.
4. Job offer following a successful bureau visit; feedback provided if unsuccessful. References will be checked as part of onboarding.
