At Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), we're on an exciting growth trajectory, thanks to expanding opportunities with Storyteq. We're in search of a dynamic Solutions Manager to drive new business and enhance our already prestigious client roster. This role is pivotal within ITG's Growth division, offering a unique blend of consultative sales and strategic conversion efforts. Reporting to the Head of Growth, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in our ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead individual responses, align with process steps, ensure responses are timely, high-quality, and aligned across key stakeholders.
* Manage end-to-end responses for growth opportunities, collaborating with the Solutions Team to craft winning proposals, under the guidance of the Head of Solutions.
* Oversee all sales process documentation, including RFI, RFP, RFQ, in collaboration with the Commercial team.
* Work alongside Growth leads, utilizing their knowledge of clients and solutions to craft responses.
* Engage in ITG's growth process from evaluating client challenges to designing and presenting solutions.
* Build strong partnerships across the sales team and wider ITG Group, leveraging subject matter expertise.
* Uphold and promote ITG's culture and values in all engagements.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
Proven knowledge of marketing and technology options, adherence to processes, strong listening skills, commercial acumen focusing on ROI, project and change management expertise, collaboration skills, ability to guide clients and teams, process mapping, presentation skills, and IT proficiency (MacOS, Microsoft, Monday.com).
How You'll Work:
* Effective communication across all levels, including C-Level, with relationship-building skills.
* Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
* Time management skills to meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated with a passion for learning.
* Ability to work remotely or in Birmingham/London, with travel as needed.
