People Advisor
Location: Hybrid – Tues, Wed and Thurs at Southbourne Hub, Mon, and Tue home-based
Hours: 40 per week
Reports to: People Director
Salary: £34,000 - £37000 dependant on qualifications and experience

The Role
As a People Advisor, you'll:
* Support two regions and work closely with Regional Directors & managers
* Provide expert People advice in line with employment law, ACAS guidance, and CIPD best practice
* Lead quarterly engagement surveys, analyse ENPS results, and implement regional action plans
* Deliver manager training sessions to ensure consistent People practices
* Promote company culture and values, embedding recognition, inclusion, and ethical practices
* Support People Strategy initiatives alongside the People Director
* Assist with performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations
* Occasional travel expected across regions driving licence and use of own car essential
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven People experience providing advice and guidance
* Strong understanding of employment law, ACAS guidance, and CIPD best practice
* Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills
* Strong administration skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* CIPD Level 3 or 5, or willingness to work towards Level 5
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
* Passionate about promoting a positive, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture
