We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to residents within our care home. This role is vital in helping our residents live dignified, independent, and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing person-centred care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
* Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility
* Supporting residents with medication (following appropriate training and guidelines)
* Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and respect
* Building strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
* Supporting residents with recreational activities and social engagement
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for working with older adults or individuals with care needs
* Good communication skills and a caring nature
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
* Right to work in the UK
* Previous experience in a care or support role
