HAYWARD HAWK is delighted to be working alongside a well known cyber security firm looking for an End User Support Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional remote end-user and systems support.
* Manage cases and queues using ServiceNow.
* Communicate professionally with clients regarding their support needs.
* Quickly resolve cases or escalate to appropriate teams.
* Take ownership of cases and ensure client-confirmed resolutions.
* Identify opportunities for task automation to improve efficiency.
* Document support solutions and client environments.
* Participate in assigned projects.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user support.
* Proficient in desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
* Strong expertise in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office support.
* Basic server administration skills, particularly in Active Directory.
* Dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptable in a fast-changing technology environment.
* Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Collaborative team player with composure under pressure
* Experience with Apple/Mac systems preferred.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Intune.
