The KPMG OGC Commercial team is essential to supporting our UK business. It is part of KPMG Business Services (KBS), where we undertake impactful work.

We are seeking a lawyer with at least 2 years PQE to join the busy OGC Commercial team at manager level. The team reviews and negotiates various contractual documents between KPMG and clients or third parties.
The work often involves tight deadlines and clients with legal and procurement teams aiming for advantageous positions. Therefore, strong drafting and negotiating skills are essential, along with pragmatism and effective task management. Interaction with stakeholders such as data protection, information security, pursuits, and Risk is also important.
What will you be doing?
* Handling a diverse range of matters, including processes for approving KPMG’s new services and products
* Assisting with general commercial queries
* Drafting software licenses
* Supporting deal teams and providing contract support for engagement teams
* Negotiating and drafting framework and master services agreements with client lead partners and specialists
What will you need to do it?
* A qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PQE
* Strong drafting and negotiating skills
* Pragmatism, good judgment, and effective time management
* Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous
* Ability to manage workload while adhering to KPMG’s training and administrative standards
