This role involves attending multi-day events in the UK and further afield, withnights away from home.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our growing team, we are seeking a full-timeEvents & Programme Manager to support our daily operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our business. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and self-motivated individual to join our growing team in a fast-paced and dynamic organisation. The successful candidate willoversee andensure the efficient management and delivery of a number of Fieri’s learning and development training programmes and projects.
LOCATION
Working in a hybrid pattern, splitting your time between home working and event attendance,this position offers complete freedom and flexibility in terms of location and we welcome applications from across the UK.Our core team work across the UK and we endeavour to facilitate co-working and in-person get-togethers as frequently as possible. Many events take place at our facility in Herefordshire, so a valid driving licence andthe ability to travel to Herefordshire are essential.
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE
The PM will be responsible for managing and delivering events on plan and on budget, which, day to day, will look something like this:
* Attending Fieri courses and events and ensuring they run smoothly. Staying overnight for a few days at a timein our Herefordshire centre and other event locations
* Resourcing of delivery dates, delivery teams, venues, and accommodation making sure coaches and facilitators have the right resources to deliver Fieri events.
* Working with the wider team to pull together the programme event design and ensure programme design is coherent and delivering against the outlined learning objectives.
* Working with the Programme Coordinator team to ensure the efficient process of booking participants onto programmes/ events and guiding them through the process.
* Liaising with your team and the account directors to ensure the smooth running of programmes and projects.
* Managing the programme/event budgets.
* Ensure all course material including programme guides, instructor notes, and risk assessments are in place and shared with the delivery team.
* Managing a variety of L&D events, to ensure the programme runs to timings and be the main point of contact on site.
* Assist with the facilitation and delivery of events, depending on experience and appetite
* Building strong relationships with clients.
* Managing the quality assurance process for each programme/event including capturing key programme data such as feedback and sharing the analysis with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
* Updating the current project management systems and any other internal processes.
* Provide support to wider organisation as required, growing to meet the needs of the programme and the business.

REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in an events management role is essential.
* Previous experience in the L&D space is preferred
* Demonstrablemultitasking abilities, previous experience runningevents with a lot of moving parts and complex requirements
* Fluent with tech - keen &able to learn aboutnew systems and software
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
* Able to act autonomously and take ownership of client relationships
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proactive and self-motivated - can-do attitude and happy to get stuck in
* Problem-solving mindset, able to adapt quickly to new or flexible situations
* Growth mindset,willingness to learn and grow within the role.
