At Marshall BMW Hook, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Smart Repair Technician to carry out cosmetic repairs to the highest standard. Working within our high-performing repair centre, you’ll contribute to customer satisfaction through expert-level finish and craftsmanship.
In this role:
1. You’ll prepare, spray, and finish vehicles to an exemplary standard, always meeting internal and customer expectations.
2. You’ll ensure all paintwork and smart repairs are colour-matched, precise, and completed efficiently in line with daily workload.
3. You’ll report additional faults where needed, working closely with colleagues across the workshop.
4. You’ll accurately record time and job details using digital systems.
5. You’ll follow all health and safety, brand, and compliance standards.
We're looking for:
6. Someone with a background as a Smart Repair Technician, with a track record working on cosmetic paint and body repairs.
7. Someone who thrives in a structured environment and follows set processes with pride.
8. Someone with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset, who can work both independently and as part of a team.
