Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience in accounting software support, specifically with Sage Intacct Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Responsibilities: Provide support to clients using Sage Intacct software Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software Assist in the implementation of Sage Intacct for new clients Conduct training sessions for clients on using the software effectively Collaborate with our team to enhance customer satisfaction Technologies: Support Sage More: We are a great company with fantastic people, offering a fully remote work environment.
