Senior Technician required for Automotive Independent Garage in the Rochester area. Our Client, an Automotive Independent Garage & Fleet Maintenance Provider is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians. Benefits: Work predominantly on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in a specialist environment A supportive, independent garage with a solid reputation, offering career development Manufacturer training opportunities to enhance skills in JLR diagnostics and repair Responsibilities: Diagnosing Complex Faults Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop Working on Complex Repairs Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training Working closely with the Workshop Controller Requirements: Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair Methodical problem-solving skills For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £50,000 OTE with a basic of £42,000. The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, Saturday rota 8am – 1pm.
