This is a varied, high‑energy role where you'll help people stay safe, build independence, and work towards meaningful everyday goals. Working Pattern This is a 24/7 service. You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including a mix of weekdays and weekends. What We're Looking For Previous experience supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, or strong transferable skills from related environments.
