What you’ll do: Prepare and handle retail/food produce for daily service, ensuring correct storage, stock rotation, allergen safety, and compliance with Sodexo standards Deliver excellent customer service, operate and balance the till accurately, and upsell products to drive sales growth Maintain high standards of food safety, personal hygiene, uniform presentation, and a safe working environment Manage stock levels, promotional activity awareness, and minimise waste or spoilage across all retail areas Participate in required training, appraisals, and competency checks, and support management with additional duties as needed What you bring: Previous experience in food preparation and service within a fast-paced, customer-facing food or retail environment Barista/Costa coffee experience desirable, with Level 2 Food Safety preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and work with teams at all levels Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively while working under pressure Positive, flexible team player with a willingness to learn and develop in the role What we offer: Working at Sodexo isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to make a difference every day.
