About The Role
Location: Inverurie. Shift pattern: 08:00–16:00 & 16:00–22:00 Day Support (Contracts of 16 & 32 available), 22:00–08:00 Waking Night shifts (Contracts of 20 & 35 available). Waking nights may move to overnight support hours in the future. Female only Support. Pay: £13.45 / hour.
Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant, you will support individuals such as Anna in daily personal care, moving, handling, positive behavioural support, building social networks, and helping them achieve goals. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the person are met.
Qualifications & Requirements
You need a caring commitment and dedication. No prior experience in care required; we recruit based on values and transferable skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment is essential.
