2. Leading a highly engaged team, understanding their strengths, and supporting their development plans.
3. Inspiring colleagues to prioritize the customer while achieving sales and profit goals.
4. Creating excitement around new product launches and demonstrating how new tech can be brought to life.
5. Enhancing store performance and sharing knowledge to foster growth.
Candidate requirements:
1. Management experience in a sales-driven environment of similar size.
2. Proven coaching skills, hands-on management style, and passion for team development.
3. Ability to identify commercial opportunities to maximize sales.
4. Confidence in leading a team, approachable, and friendly towards colleagues and customers.
5. Keen interest in learning about the latest technology.
