Core Responsibilities
1. Planning and delivering high-quality practical lessons across a variety of sports, focusing on skill development, tactics, and teamwork.
2. Teaching the theoretical components of the PE curriculum, including anatomy, physiology, and the social-cultural influences on sport.
3. Preparing Key Stage 4 students for GCSE PE or BTEC Sport qualifications through rigorous assessment and exam-technique coaching.
4. Organizing and leading an extensive extracurricular program, including lunchtime clubs, after-school practices, and inter-school fixtures.
5. Championing inclusive PE by adapting lessons to ensure students of all abilities and backgrounds can participate and succeed.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for an inspiring role model who lives and breathes sport. Requirements include:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
* Proven ability to coach multiple sports to a high standard and manage large groups in an outdoor or gym setting safely.
* A strong understanding of the current GCSE and vocational sport specifications.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students to encourage a lifelong love of physical activity.
