Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
* Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, communicating issues to the Food & Beverage Manager.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
* Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver high-quality service.
* Lead daily briefings with the team to discuss service standards and operational updates.
* Foster a positive work environment to maintain high staff retention and morale.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast‑paced, luxury venue.
* Deep passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
* Strong understanding of the current market and competitor landscape.
* Proven experience in managing, leading, motivating, and developing a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards.
