JEWEL MANAGEMENT LIMITED

Jewel Management Ltd is an advanced dental equipment distributor based in Devizes.

We are looking for a candidate with a can do attitude and excellent telephone manner who is as happy unloading a vehicle, despatching orders and providing excellent telephone based customer service to our clients.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.00am pm. Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm with one unpaid hour for lunch break

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Customer Services and Despatch Assistant

Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

Based at: Crown House, Devizes, SN10 2GH

Job Purpose:

To provide support to the Customer Service Manager, ensuring all aspects of the role are covered on a daily basis. Gaining product knowledge to ensure confidence when dealing with customers and ensuring orders are despatched in a timely manner, in line with our same day despatch policy where possible. Some heavy lifting and hand-ball unloading is required

The ideal candidate will have good customer focus, telephone skills and be able to work without supervision after the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse

· Packing and Despatch

· Receiving deliveries, unloading vehicles

· Stock management and rotation

· Keeping the area tidy in line with our Health and Safety policy

· Providing support in the absence of your line manager

Office

· Answerphone messages and follow up

· Taking and processing orders

· Logging returns and credit notes

· Answering customer queries

· Maintaining and updating the company databases

· Generating reports on a weekly basis

· Processing website leads

· Ensuring a constant supply of pre-prepared info packs are available

· Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety and Quality Management

· Ensure proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the roles has responsibility

Whilst this document states the basis of your role, as a small team, there may be a requirement for you to assist in other areas of the company on request.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £25,020.00 per year
