Construction Supervisor needed in Northallerton Paying £22.02 per hr ref RQ1698269 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction and highways maintenance activities across multiple sites Oversee multi‑trade teams and ensure works are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards Manage site resources, documentation, permits, and health & safety records Lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings and contribute to project planning Liaise effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and risk management procedures Line‑manage operatives, provide support, and encourage skills development Support quality assurance and resolve issues promptly on site Participate in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota as required Travel independently throughout North Yorkshire using a company or own vehicle If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number.
