Description
We have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Lead to join our team at AXA Health to oversee our customer-facing, technology-powered products and services within the Claims domain. In this role, you'll lead a team of product owners responsible for defining, owning, and resolving customer and business challenges. Your expertise will guide the development and enhancement of our digital claims solutions, ensuring they are aligned with AXA Health's strategic vision.
At AXA, we promote flexible working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, with the majority of your working week expected from September 2025. Away from home includes attending our office locations, visiting clients, or industry events.

What you'll be doing:
1. Create and communicate the digital product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals.
2. Lead the identification of key problems within your product area, ensuring solutions are viable and user-friendly.
3. Prioritize opportunities for continuous product improvement, aligning enhancements with AXA Health's commercial goals.
4. Collaborate with other leaders to develop new product ideas that contribute to growth.
5. Ensure successful product delivery by working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout all development phases.
6. Act as the product owner for your scrum team when needed, defining user needs and managing the product backlog.
7. Develop and share the product roadmap, focusing on outcomes and business strategy alignment.
8. Set clear success metrics and KPIs, ensuring they align with business objectives and track performance.
What you'll bring:
1. Experience in building, launching, and managing digital products that meet customer needs.
2. Experience in Claims/Healthcare is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with design, technology, data principles, and customer digital needs, including assisted digital support.
4. Strong leadership skills and experience working with diverse teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
5. Ability to optimize operational processes for product lifecycle management and resolve operational issues.
6. Proficiency in navigating product development stages while maintaining service standards.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues through team coordination.
8. Commitment to representing customer interests and leveraging user insights in decision-making.
