BRAND MANAGER The Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced brand manager to join our team working on some of our iconic RTD brands. Our ideal candidate will have experience within drinks, working on brands across both the on and off trade. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will take ownership for building and executing brand plans to deliver against commercial goals. More than that though, you will be the driving force in connecting our brands with our consumers. Comfortable with strategic thinking, and tactical execution, you will be responsible for how our brands show up in the market. Key Responsibilities: To ensure brand plans and activations are delivered on time, in full, and are evaluated regularly. o work closely with the Digital & Content team to support their delivery of brand plans, helping where needed to get jobs done. To drive, deliver and report on business performance. To ensure budget and PO trackers and monthly reports are up-to-date and accurate. To deliver on specific KPIs based on commercial objectives and key brand metrics. i.e. Volume, Value, Distribution, ROS as well as core consumer metrics The person: 3 years brand or product management experience within rinks. A passion for the on-trade A real self-starter that can solve challenges and use initiative to deliver. Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight. Capacity to switch easily between strategic and operational tasks, taking hands-on responsibility. Be confident, outgoing, and able to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
