We are looking for a Shift Manager on Nights that will be based at our Harlow Distribution Centre in Essex and include managing a team.
Week - Friday, Saturday, Sunday hrs -
Week - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday - hrs - hrs
Works on a two-week rotation.

10. Oversee daily operations of the warehouse shift, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
11. Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, promoting the well-being of our colleagues.
12. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
13. Implement strategies to optimise inventory management and cost control, protecting the company's financial success.

14. Previous experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
16. Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
17. Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
