Role Overview
As a MES consultant you will be supporting one of the leading automotive customers as a part of the BAU IT team. You will be working on manufacturing applications like manufacturing execution system, configuring and deploying shop floor devices like scanners etc.
Responsibilities
* Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using .NET (C#/ASP.NET).
* Write efficient database queries, procedures, functions, and packages using Oracle PL/SQL.
* Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in both frontend and backend.
Required Profile
* Strong hands‑on experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, Web API).
* Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
* Familiarity with SQL performance tuning and database concepts.
* Understanding of OOP principles and software development best practices.
* Support and configuration of Barcode printers, smart devices like tablets.
* Knowledge of Manufacturing domain.
* Team skills (Cross Functional & Cross Cultural).
* Creative and open to innovate.
* Good Interpersonal skills.
* Pro‑active and self‑driven.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and integration.
* Exposure to Agile methodology.
* Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
