Your new role
* Business Unit subject-matter expert for the HR system
* Administrator for Workday HRIS, including data entry and data integrity in the system.
* Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled maintenance activities and supports adoption of system enhancements.
* Serves as training point person to guide and upskill new users of the HRIS.
* Assists with development and preparation of HRMI reporting. Responsible for producing standard reports on a regular, defined cadence and generating ad hoc reports upon request; responsible for providing analysis/storytelling through data, as requested.
* Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data.
* Liaise with the global HRMS team on process, system and training initiatives
* Other duties and projects as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
1. A keen interest and experience of working with HR systems, HR Analyst or Specialist experience preferred.
2. Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Windows operating platforms, Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
